My Philosophy on Childcare and Learning

Respect-Any child in my care, classroom, and my own daughter learn the importance of treating others with respect
Positive reinforcement- I believe in highlighting positive actions and rewarding children with praise.
High Expectations- When children are shown procedures on a daily basis, they are much more likely to follow rules and understand what is expected of them. Modeling is key!
Differentiated Instruction-Children all learn differently! I believe children learn best when their teacher tailors instruction to meet their specific needs and interests.
